In energetic reading we are tapping into that field - the field is intelligent and gives the information necessary for the person.

in that field there is also your guides, your spirit, loving beings that want to help and support you.

About Energetic Reading

  • 30 minutes session regarding 1-2 topics or general

  • I will be providing psychic information, make sure you are activly listening, validate information if prompt, ask for clarification if needed. You are more then welcome to write down anything from the messages coming to insights you may have

  • Afterwards you will receive a follow up mail with general tools for supporting self-integration

  • please read ‘before booking’ and if you have any expectations you would like to discuss please contact me beforehand

  • Energetic reading does not include therapeutic integration - thus please be responsible for integration afterwards - it can be by taking time to sit and write, do your own practice or talk with your therapist

  • Every session is going to be unique since we mainly let your field do the talking, but there is a structure -

    Every session will begin with creating safe sacred space while setting intention.

    We then proceed to the Energetic Reading, where I establish connection with your field and you guides and start receiving and giving information and insights.
    the session is a dialogue - you can ask clarifying questions and validate information.

    After the session you will receive a mail with general integration tools for your ongoing processing.

    If you are interested in guided integration and processing afterwards with various techniques from somatic work, energy healing work and guided meditation or just a grounding talk - I recommend you take the integrative session.

  • Energy reading is not far off from psychic reading - the similarity might be the construct and the use of psychic skills like clairvoyance (inner sight) and clairaudience (inner hearing).

    However Energy Reading brings with it a different feeling -
    I become a channel for what needs to be brought to the sureface and sometimes it won’t be just plain information but it can also be an experience where we hold together energies that
    need to be held     and seen in order to clarify whatever
    it is you bring to the session.

    In a way it can be experienced as much more of letting go experience
    where we give space for what really needs to come.

  • Energetic reading takes 30 minutes.

    If you are looking for a longer session please refer to Integrative session

  • You don’t have to have specific topics, it can be a general reading.

    However if something is on your mind/in your body and you want
    to bring it to the session I advice to sit and construct a question before arriving to the session.

    In Energetic Reading we will have time to explore 1-2 subject.

    If you want to uncover more subjects please contact me so we can arrange a longer session.

  • Rather then stricrt prediction I provide insight about your current path or potential paths and energy patterns that can influence your journey.

    The focus is to empower you to make conscious choices and be aware of what is available to you.

    In integrative session we deal with the obscuring energies and also
    connect with your powers for better support in your future timelines.

  • I suggest to consult with me if you are not sure.

    Usually Energy reading can be once a month, or more times to gain clarity on more subjects.

    Integrative session can be done every week or bi-weekly.

  • After the session I am providing a list of general integration tools.

    In integrative session I provide integration tools that are curated for you unique needs.

    In general i propose to write down whatever comes to mind, take time to relax and be gentle with yourself, take a walk to just let your mind wonder, ask for help from a therapist or a friend if needed.
