  • Every session is going to be unique since we mainly let your field do the talking, but there is a structure -

    Every session will begin with creating safe sacred space while setting intention.

    We then proceed to the Energetic Reading, where I establish connection with your field and your guides and start receiving and giving information and insights. the session is a dialogue - you can ask clarifying questions and validate information.

    After 20 minutes or so, we will proceed with Integrating the information received - it can be in a form of talking, giving space for the energies that have surfaced using tools (specified above).

    By the end of the session we will discuss tools that can help you after the session moving forward.

    after the session you will receive a mail with with your integration tools for your ongoing processing.

  • Energy reading is not far off from psychic reading - the similarity might be the construct and the use of psychic skills like clairvoyance (inner sight) and clairaudience (inner hearing).

    However Energy Reading brings with it a different feeling -
    I become a channel for what needs to be brought to the sureface and sometimes it won’t be just plain information but it can also be an experience where we hold together energies that need to be held and
    seen     in order to clarify whatever it is you bring to the session.

    In a way it can be experienced as much more of letting go experience where we
    give space for what really needs to come.

    There is also space to talk about what came up and deal with obscuring energies and get resources to help with the
    topic discussed.

  • Integrative session takes 60 minutes.

  • It is not necessary but it is good to sit down and think what do you want to understand in this session.

    The reading can be general, or you can ask right from the start about certain topics, it is up to you.

    this session can have from 1 to 3 topics adressed.

  • Rather then stricrt prediction I provide insight about your current path or potential paths and energy patterns that can influence your journey.

    The focus is to empower you to make conscious choices and be aware of what is available to you.

    In integrative session we deal with the obscuring energies and also
    connect with your powers for better support.

  • I suggest to consult with me if you are not sure.

    Integrative session can be done every week or bi-weekly.
    There is also an option for 4 sessions bundle at discounted price.

  • In integrative session I provide integration tools that are curated for you unique needs.

    In general i propose to write down whatever comes to mind, take time to relax and be gentle with yourself, take a walk to just let your mind wonder, ask for help from a therapist or a friend if needed.
